HGW: Change in the management
HGW Heimstätten-Genossenschaft Winterthur will have a new managing director in Gamal Rasmy next year.
Martin Schmidli will step down as managing director in spring 2022 and retire early, according to HGW. The search for a successor was concluded at the end of August 2021, and Gamal Rasmy will take over as managing director of HGW from 1 February 2022, the cooperative says.
Rasmy is currently Head of Strategic Portfolio Management at Terresta Immobilien- und Verwaltungs AG. (ah)
