Housing: The vacancy rate is falling

The vacancy rate in Switzerland has fallen for the first time in twelve years: on June 1, 2021, 71,365 apartments were vacant, which is 9.5% less than in the previous year. This is according to the Federal Statistical Office's vacancy census.
