Major lease in the Leonardo commercial building at Thurgauerstrasse 80 in Zurich-Oerlikon: As JLL, the exclusive marketer of the property, announces, Hemro International has leased 1,300 sqm of office space in the property, which is located between the airport and Zurich city center. The group of companies specializes in coffee grinders for commercial and private use; it maintains production and sales locations in Europe, America and Asia.
The Leonardo property was built in 2002 as Switzerland's first Minergie commercial building. It covers a total of 20,000 sqm on six floors in four wings. (ah)
