SPS sells in Geneva
Swiss Prime Site has sold its commercial property Rue de Rive 3 in Geneva. The real estate company was advised by JLL during the sales process.
The property, which was built in 1900 and partially renovated in 2002, is located on an important main shopping street in Geneva's city centre and changed hands for a sale price of CHF 43.3 million. Swiss Prime Site had previously estimated the fair value of the property at CHF 33 million.
The property has a rental area of just under 1,900 sqm and is let for the most part on a very long-term basis to a tenant with a strong credit rating.
