Zurich: Another tenant for Medien Park
Intergraph AG, a member of the Hexagon Group, will join Ringier Verlag as the main tenant of the Media Park in Zurich-Altstetten.

Intergraph AG, a provider of engineering software, is renting a 750-square-meter penthouse office in the new Medien Park on Flurstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten. Here, the Dietikon-based company will combine two of its existing locations, it says. The office space "with the character of an industrial loft", which extends over two floors, is to be occupied in the fourth quarter of 2017. In its search for new office space, Intergraph was exclusively advised by Abakus Strategische Immobilienlösungen (Munich).
The new penthouse office offers "a highly flexible and modern office concept that creates a creative and motivating working environment for employees," says Abakus. They had already successfully supported Intergraph in a lease in Bonn (Carre Süd) at the end of 2014, says Eva Menne of Abakus. The fact that they were now able to support Intergraph again in Zurich shows that adding the Vienna and Zurich locations to the already existing comprehensive office data from Germany in the web-based consulting program AbaScore was the "strategically right decision," says Menne.
In these days Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG moves in as main tenant with more than 600 employees on 10,000 sqm service area in the Media Park (formerly "Flurpark") in Zurich-Altstetten. This lease had already been made public in December 2015. The extensively renovated commercial building has been owned by the listed company Swiss Prime Site (SPS) AG since 2005.
