CS REF Siat: New issue planned
Credit Suisse AG's Real Estate Investment Management is considering an issue for the real estate fund Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Siat (CS REF Siat) for the third quarter of 2016.
The capital increase will be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders, Credit Suisse announced. The issue proceeds will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio. Further information - such as the transaction volume, the issue price and the subscription ratio - is not yet known, but will be announced shortly before the capital increase.
CS REF Siat has total fund assets of around CHF 2.7 billion and invests primarily in residential properties, preferably located in Swiss cities or their agglomerations. (ah)
