Swiss Life Fund buys in Buchs
Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties has acquired a centrally located residential and commercial property in Buchs (SG). The fund portfolio thus consists of 44 properties with a total market value of CHF 571 million.
According to Swiss Life, the "very well leased property in a prime location" is located on Bahnhofstrasse in Buchs and has 2,887 sqm of commercial space in addition to 20 apartments. Overall, the property has a target rental income of CHF 1.8 million.
The Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties real estate fund was launched in November 2015; it invests primarily in residential properties and in selected commercial properties, preferably located in Swiss cities or their agglomerations. (ah)
