Novavest buys in Solothurn
Novavest Real Estate AG has acquired a residential property in Luterbach, Canton Solothurn, for CHF 6.92 million. The two residential apartment buildings at Blockstrasse 3 and 5 are located within walking distance of the railroad station and were completed in spring 2015.
The property comprises 16 residential units (2.5-, 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments) with 1,425 square meters of rental space and 19 parking spaces. The target rental income amounts to CHF 340,000 per annum.
The notarization of the property took place on October 29, 2015 and the transfer of ownership on November 2, 2015. (ah)
