Truststone: Fund plans capital increase
Acquisitions are planned with the funds from the next issue, which is due to take place in March.
Truststone Real Estate SICAV announces a capital increase for the month of March. It is subject to market conditions and reserved exclusively for qualified investors, the fund management company announced. The proceeds of the transaction will be used for development projects and secured acquisitions. «These transactions should already contribute to strengthening the fund's key performance indicators in the coming financial year,» it said.
