ULI Switzerland with changes in leading roles

Nathalie Roessler from Swiss Prime Site took over the management of the Next Group at the Swiss branch of ULI on January 1. The position of «Young Leader Chair» has also been filled.

Nathalie Roessler, COO Project & Developments at Swiss Prime Site, took over the management of the Next Group at ULI in Switzerland on January 1. She succeeds Lukas Vytisk Souffray, Fund Manager at Schroders. At the same time, Christopher El Hayek, Associate Director at CBRE Switzerland, will start in his new position as «Young Leader Chair» in Switzerland. He succeeds Louis Diener. El Hayek has already represented the Young Leaders in French-speaking Switzerland for the past two years.

«In their new roles, Nathalie and Christopher will have the opportunity to make even greater use of their leadership skills and visibly represent the interests of the younger generation and Next members in the ULI,» says Reimer Siegert, Head of Real Estate Development at Empira AG and Chair of the ULI in Switzerland. «At the same time, we would like to thank Lukas Vytisk Souffray and Louis Diener, who have shown great commitment to the expansion and further development of the ULI Young Leader and Next activities.»
