Seon: Outdoor brand Mammut sells headquarters

The former headquarters of the sporting goods manufacturer is being sold to a real estate fund as part of a sale-leaseback deal. Smeyers advised on the transaction.

Mammut Sports Group AG, a Swiss manufacturer of outdoor clothing and equipment, is to relocate its headquarters from Seon to Lenzburg. In this context, the internationally active company has sold the property to the real estate fund company Procimmo SA. Mammut will continue to use the property until the beginning of 2027 as part of a sale and leaseback model.

The property being sold comprises several building sections with office, logistics and storage space and reportedly has good transport connections, a solid building structure and versatile usage options.

The transaction was carried out as part of an exclusive mandate by Ramona Lindenmann and Nicola Steiner from Smeyers Immobilien AG. The mandate included structured marketing, due diligence support and contract coordination.

  • Update 24 November 2025: According to Procimmo, the office, logistics and warehouse space totals 17,000 sqm. According to the information, the property will be allocated to the «Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Industrial» (aw).
