Reinach: Losinger Marazzi completes 42 apartments
The "Aupark" development in the canton of Basel-Landschaft was developed and built for Medpension. A neighboring senior center rents half of the apartments.
Occupancy of the Aupark development in Reinach began in June 2025. The project was developed and realized by Losinger Marazzi for the investor Medpension. A total of 42 rental apartments have been built on the former WBZ site in Reinach (BL). They are aimed at families and senior citizens. The buildings are Minergie-P-Eco certified.
The neighboring Aumatt senior center acts as anchor tenant for half of the apartments and offers additional services. (aw)
