CS: Leuenhof sale brings in 346 million
The sale of the Leuenhof on Paradeplatz brought Credit Suisse a special profit of CHF 346 million in the third quarter, "Finanz und Wirtschaft" reports, citing the big bank's latest quarterly figures.

The Leuenhof, part of the former Silk House Grieder, was the headquarters of the former Bank Leu, which was taken over by Credit Suisse in 1990. In August, Credit Suisse sold the property to the Swiss Prime investment foundation in a bidding process. However, the big bank remains a tenant in the property via a sale-and-leaseback.
CS had already sold the first part of the Grieder House, the Peterhof, to the Swatch Group in 2014. (ah)
