Der SREOI ist nach Angaben der Initiatoren der erste hedonische Index weltweit, welcher in Echtzeit berechnet und aktualisiert wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigentum: Auf Jahressicht 3,2 Prozent teurer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eigentumswohnungen sind demnach im Juli um 0,5 Prozent teurer geworden, was gem\u00e4ss Martin Waeber, Director ImmoScout24, als Normalisierung zu werten sei. Noch im Juni waren die Preise in dieser Kategorie um nahezu drei Prozentpunkte angestiegen. Auf Jahresbasis weist der SREOI  f\u00fcr Eigentumswohnungen ein Plus von 3,2 Prozent aus. Ein Quadratmeter Eigentumswohnung kostete per Ende Juli in der Schweiz durchschnittlich 7.360 CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kaufpreise f\u00fcr Einfamilienh\u00e4user sind im Juli mit einer Zunahme von 0,8 Prozent ebenfalls moderat gestiegen. \u00abDie Lage an der Zinsfront ist ruhig und alles scheint derzeit seinen geregelten Gang zu gehen\u00bb, so Waeber. Was die n\u00e4chsten Monate f\u00fcr den gesamten Immobiliensektor bringen w\u00fcrden, bleibe abzuwarten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mieten: Unterschiedliche Tendenzen in den Grossregionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In den Grossregionen Nordwestschweiz, Z\u00fcrich und Ostschweiz haben sich die Angebotsmieten im Juli kaum ver\u00e4ndert. Die h\u00f6chsten Abschl\u00e4ge hat mit minus 1,3 Prozentpunkten gegen\u00fcber dem Vormonat die Zentralschweiz zu verzeichnen. Das gr\u00f6sste Plus wurde im Tessin mit plus 1,5 Prozent festgestellt, gefolgt von der Genferseeregion mit einer Zunahme von 0,9 Prozent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Juli
