Neben zwei bereits geplanten neuen Objekten in K\u00f6ln und M\u00fcnchen sollen weitere Standorte folgen. \u00abWir sondieren auch in Hamburg und Frankfurt. Beide Standorte sind denkbar\u00bb, sagt Michael Gerlach, Hauptverantwortlicher der Hotelmarke. Mit den anvisierten neuen H\u00e4usern w\u00e4ren die \u00abBig Five\u00bb in Deutschland, die f\u00fcnf wichtigsten nationalen Hotelstandorte abgedeckt, so Gerlach.<\/p>\n<p>Doch H&#8217;Otello richte seinen Blick auch \u00fcber die Landesgrenzen, erkl\u00e4rt er. \u00abDer Drang und die Dynamik sind da, den Schritt ins europ\u00e4ische Ausland zu gehen. H&#8217;Otello k\u00f6nnten wir uns auch hervorragend in Wien oder Z\u00fcrich vorstellen\u00bb, so Gerlach, der das Konzept f\u00fcr die im Schnitt rund 80 Zimmer umfassenden H\u00e4user f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4ftsreisende und Individualtouristen in zentralen City-Lagen gepr\u00e4gt hat. Der Anteil der Stammg\u00e4ste in den H\u2019Otello-H\u00e4usern betr\u00e4gt gem\u00e4ss Gerlach im Durchschnitt 80 Prozent.
