Das operative Ergebnis vor Schulden, Steuern und Sonderposten betr\u00e4gt 17,4 Millionen Dollar.<\/p>\n<p>Das Portfolio der Immobiliengesellschaft, die im US-amerikanischen Markt f\u00fcr Wohnimmobilien investiert,\u00a0bestand zum 31. Dezember 2016 aus 38 Objekten mit insgesamt 5.353 Wohneinheiten. Der Immobilienwert betrug\u00a0343,5 Millionen Dollar, und die Vermietungsquote lag bei 95,5 Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>Das Portfolio erwirtschaftete 2016 nach Unternehmensangaben j\u00e4hrliche Mietertr\u00e4ge in H\u00f6he von 36,5 Millionen und 64,6 Millionen Gesamtertr\u00e4ge. Die Betriebskosten betrugen 33,9 Millionen, sodass sich ein Betriebsgewinn von 30,6 Millionen ergibt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neubewertung des Portfolios liefert einen Ertrag von 21,1 Millionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nach Abzug der Finanzierungskosten und der R\u00fcckstellungen f\u00fcr Ertragssteuern betr\u00e4gt der Gewinn f\u00fcr diesen Zeitraum 16,2 Millionen, davon entfallen 8,9 Millionen auf Varia. Der Ertrag aus der Wertberichtigung\u00a0von Immobilien im Anlageverm\u00f6gen belief sich auf 21,2 Millionen. Die Netto-Sollmiete stieg per Ende 2016 auf 49,7 Millionen an.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Betriebsergebnis bel\u00e4uft sich der effektive Bruttoertrag auf 39,1 Millionen, und die Betriebskosten liegen bei\u00a019,3 Millionen. Daraus resultiert ein Nettobetriebsergebnis in H\u00f6he von 19,9 Millionen und ein operatives Ergebnis vor Schulden, Steuern und Sonderposten in H\u00f6he von 17,4 Millionen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verst\u00e4rkung f\u00fcr den Verwaltungsrat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie Varia weiter mitteilt, soll der Verwaltungsrat verst\u00e4rkt werden. Dazu soll Stefan Buser in das Gremium gew\u00e4hlt werden. Buser (49) war zuletzt in der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Tertianum Gruppe t\u00e4tig.
