Die Bezugsrechte werden zwischen dem 20. April und dem 28. April 2017 an der Schweizer B\u00f6rse gehandelt. Die Liberierung und die Lieferung der neuen Anteile sowie die Publikation des Emissionsresultats sind auf den 12. Mai 2017 terminiert.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber die letzten Monate hat UBS \u00abSwissreal\u00bb in Bestandesliegenschaften und Bauprojekte an guten Lagen am Genfersee und in der Region Bern investiert, die dem Portfolio attraktive Objekte zuf\u00fchren. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/kapitalerhoehung-fuer-ubs-fonds-swissreal\/\">Die Kapitalerh\u00f6hung war Ende Januar angek\u00fcndigt worden und soll ein Volumen von rund 128 Millionen CHF erreichen.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vom 20.
