Den verbleibenden Drittel teilen sich zwei weitere Gesellschaften, deren Namen indes nicht bekannt sind. Auch an der zweiten und dritten Etappe will sich das Family Office De Raekt laut \u00abBerner Zeitung\u00bb beteiligen.<\/p>\n<p>In der ersten Bauphase sollen acht H\u00e4user mit insgesamt 71 Wohnungen, einem Schwimmbad, Rezeption, Shop, Restaurant und Einstellhalle erstellt werden.Nach Angaben der Bauherrschaft sind von den 71 Wohnungen der ersten Etappe schon 28 verkauft und weitere 16 reserviert. Schweizer Interessenten werden von Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers betreut. Im Endausbau soll das Resort 155 Wohneinheiten in 26 H\u00e4usern umfassen. Das Bauvolumen wird auf 100 Millionen CHF beziffert.<\/p>\n<p>Baustart f\u00fcr die erste Etappe soll im Oktober sein, und Ende 2016 oder Anfang 2017 k\u00f6nnten die ersten Wohnungen dann bezugsbereit sein.
