Per 1. Februar hat Roman B\u00fcrki die Leitung des Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) Real Estate am Departement Architektur, Holz und Bau der Berner Fachhochschule BFH \u00fcbernommen. B\u00fcrki ist Leiter Immobilien bei der Pensionskasse der technischen Verb\u00e4nde SIA, Swiss Engineering, BSA, FSAI, Suisse.ing. Er ist zudem Inhaber der Advimmo GmbH, einer Beratungsboutique im Bereich Bauherren- und Immobilienberatung, und ist Mitglied im Verwaltungsrat der Elmobau AG, die auf ein kreislauff\u00e4higes Holzelementhaus spezialisiert ist. Ferner engagiert er sich im Beirat der Stiftung Baukultur Schweiz.<\/p>\n

In fr\u00fcheren Positionen leitete B\u00fcrki die Abteilung f\u00fcr Bauherrenberatung bei der Brandenberger+Ruosch AG in Bern und er war als Projektleiter bei der Kontur Projektmanagement AG und bei der Itten+Brechb\u00fchl AG t\u00e4tig. K\u00fcrzlich erwarb er den Executive MBA in General Management von der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen. Den MAS Real Estate mit mehreren CAS-Abschl\u00fcssen absolvierte B\u00fcrki an der BFH, den Bachelor in Architektur an der ZHAW. Als Dozent war auch bisher schon an der BFH aktiv.<\/p>\n
