Bis zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Investition der Mittel werde die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Liquidit\u00e4t zur R\u00fcckzahlung von kurzfristigen Bankschulden verwendet, so das Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank, die Credit Suisse AG, die Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft und die UBS AG agieren als Joint Lead Managers.<\/p>\n<p>Die Anleihe hat eine Laufzeit von zehn Jahren und einen Coupon in H\u00f6he von 0,875 Prozent. Die Liberierung erfolgt zum 30. M\u00e4rz 2017 und die Kotierung der Obligationen an der SIX Swiss Exchange wird beantragt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/allreal-rekordergebnis-dank-aufwertungsgewinnen\/\">Allreal hat vor wenigen Tagen ihre Zahlen f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2016 vorgelegt.<\/a> Das Unternehmensergebnis (inkl.
