Die Mieteinnahmen verringerten sich unterdessen um 1,3 Mio. CHF auf 54,4 Mio. CHF. Bei einem von 25,0 Mio. auf 26,1 Mio. CHF gestiegenen Aufwand gab auch der Nettoertrag nach, und zwar von 30,9 Mio. auf 26,1 Mio. CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Der B\u00f6rsenkurs legte innert Halbjahresfrist indes um 13,60 CHF auf 197,60 CHF zu. Per 31.
