Der soll nachrangige, durch Schuldbriefe auf Immobilien besicherte Hypotheken auf dem Schweizer Immobilienmarkt vergeben. Der Fonds zielt laut den Initiatoren auf die wachsende Finanzierungsl\u00fccke im Schweizer Immobiliensektor ab. Hintergrund seien die strengere Eigenkapitalvorschriften nach Basel III, die zu einer restriktiveren Kreditvergabe der Banken gef\u00fchrt h\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n<h3>Maximale Belehnung von 80%<\/h3>\n<p>Der Fonds verspricht seinen Investoren hohe Zinsmargen, ein \u00abattraktives Rendite-Risiko-Profil\u00bb sowie \u00abstabile und kalkulierbare Ertr\u00e4ge durch individuell gepr\u00fcfte und verhandelte Darlehensvergabe\u00bb. Die maximale Belehnung betrage auf Portfolioebene 80%. Weil der Finanzierungsbedarf im Immobiliensektor hoch sei, k\u00f6nne bei der Kreditauswahl ein \u00abCherry Picking\u00bb betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die erste Zeichnungsfrist endet am 31. M\u00e4rz.
