Der deutsche Serviced-Apartment-Anbieter Limehome hat sein erstes Haus in der Schweiz er\u00f6ffnet. Im Zentrum von Basel hat das Unternehmen 67 Design-Suiten in Betrieb genommen. Der Start war erfolgversprechend, teilt das Unternehmen mit. Laut Co-CEO und Mitgr\u00fcnder Josef Vollmayr betrug die Auslastung in den ersten Tagen mehr als 70%. Er zeigt sich \u00abmehr als zuversichtlich, dass wir auch in dieser Unterkunft unsere \u00fcbliche Auslastungsrate von mehr als 90 % erreichen werden\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Die Apartments entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit Gold Tree Asset Management im historischen ehemaligen Hotel Basel, das w\u00e4hrend einiger Monate umfassend renoviert wurde. Die Immobilie in der M\u00fcnzgasse wurde seit den 1970er Jahren als konventionelles Hotel betrieben.<\/p>\n

Limehome hat nach eigenen Angaben derzeit 6.300 Suiten an \u00fcber 250 Standorten in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich, den Niederlanden, Belgien, Spanien, Portugal, Ungarn, Italien, Griechenland und der Schweiz unter Vertrag.
