Oktober bis 11. Oktober eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung durch. Die Emission soll 56,2 Mio. CHF einbringen. Zw\u00f6lf bisherige Anteile berechtigen zum Bezug von einem neuen Anteil zum Ausgabepreis von je CHF 104.00 netto. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile ist f\u00fcr den 18. Oktober geplant.<\/p>\n<p>Den Erl\u00f6s will die Fondsleitung f\u00fcr den weiteren Ausbau des Immobilienportfolios sowie f\u00fcr Investitionen in Bestandesliegenschaften verwenden.
