Die Obligationenanleihe hat einen Coupon von 0,25 Prozent und eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren, teilt Investis mit. Der Erl\u00f6s von 140 Millionen CHF soll f\u00fcr die Abl\u00f6sung von Hypotheken verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

Die Anleihe erm\u00f6gliche es, die Finanzierungsstruktur zu optimieren und von den aktuell attraktiven Bedingungen am Kapitalmarkt zu profitieren, schreibt das Unternehmen in einer Mitteilung.<\/p>\n

Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank, Bank Vontobel und Credit Suisse fungierten als Joint Lead Manager\/Joint Bookrunner der Transaktion.<\/p>\n

Die Zulassung zum Handel an der SIX Swiss Exchange wird beantragt, und die Liberierung der Obligationenanleihe ist f\u00fcr den 14. Februar 2017 vorgesehen.<\/p>\n

Die 1994 gegr\u00fcndete Investis-Gruppe investiert in Wohnliegenschaften in der Genferseeregion und ist ein schweizweit operierender Anbieter im Bereich Real Estate Services.
