Quartal ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Demnach blieb der Fair Value des Portfolios nahezu unver\u00e4ndert und betrug per 31. M\u00e4rz 1,54 Mrd. CHF. Davon entfielen 101 Mio. CHF auf Projekte (Ende 2023: 94 Mio. CHF). Die Gesamtertr\u00e4ge verringerten sich marginal von 16,8 Mio. auf 16,7 Mio. CHF, und die Bankverbindlichkeiten erh\u00f6hten sich von 610 auf 619 Mio. CHF. Der NAV nach IRFS erh\u00f6te sich von 805 Mio. auf 814 Mio. CHF.
