November f\u00fcr den Immobilienfonds Pure Swiss Opportunity REF eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung durch. Mit den geplanten Erl\u00f6sen von maximal 16,5 Mio. CHF sollen laut aktueller Mitteilung \u00abim aktuellen K\u00e4ufermarkt\u00bb Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsliegenschaften in den St\u00e4dten St. Gallen und Luzern gekauft werden. Zus\u00e4tzlich wird der Fremdfinanzierungsgrad reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Emission wird kommissionsweise im Rahmen eines \u00f6ffentlichen Bezugsangebotes in der Schweiz durchgef\u00fchrt. Der Emissionspreis betr\u00e4gt 123,90 CHF netto pro neuen Anteil. Die Ausgabe von neuen Anteilen ist auf maximal 133.263 beschr\u00e4nkt. Die Liberierung soll am 7. Dezember erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Ank\u00fcndigung im Oktober war noch von einer Kapitalerh\u00f6hung in H\u00f6he von 30 Mio. CHF die Rede gewesen.
