Die Mietzinsausfallrate reduzierte sich von 2,18% per Ende 2022 auf 2,07%. \u00abDadurch konnten die gestiegenen Refinanzierungskosten teilweise kompensiert werden\u00bb, schreibt die Fondsleitung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Nettoertrag sank gegen\u00fcber der Vorjahresperiode von 20,7 Mio. auf 19,6 Mio. CHF, der Gesamterfolg von 22,1 auf 19,4 Mio. CHF. Der Anstieg des Referenzzinssatzes werde sich ab dem zweiten Halbjahr positiv auf die Ertragskraft des Fonds auswirken, k\u00fcndigt Swisscanto an.
