In den Regionen La Riviera (VD), La Broye (FR) und Lausanne (VD) hat Allianz Suisse mehr als 220 Wohnungen mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von rund 20.000 qm sowie B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von rund 16.000 qm erworben.<\/p>\n

Die Liegenschaften befinden sich an attraktiven Lagen in dynamischen Wirtschaftsregionen, in denen die Leerstandsquote gering und die Nachfrage nach ad\u00e4quatem Wohn- und B\u00fcroraum hoch sei, teilt Allianz Suisse. Dar\u00fcber hinaus seien die Regionen verkehrstechnisch optimal erschlossen und befinden sich nahe der Wirtschaftszentren Vevey, Lausanne und Fribourg.<\/p>\n

\u00abDie meisten Objekte sind bereits vermietet oder befinden sich derzeit noch im Bau.
