F\u00fcr das Grundst\u00fcck, das bisher B\u00fcro- und Gewerbefl\u00e4chen beherbergte, wurde in einem Gesamtleistungswettbewerb ein neues Konzept gesucht. Dabei stand die m\u00f6glichst optimale Ausn\u00fctzung der Grundst\u00fccke unter Maximierung des Wohnanteils im Fokus. Von den f\u00fcnf eingeladenen Teams hat sich der Vorschlag von Miller&amp;Maranta und Gross Generalunternehmung AG durchgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Entwurf des Siegerprojekts sieht eine Aufstockung des historischen \u00abHandelshof Nauenstrasse\u00bb aus den 1930er Jahren vor. Die zweigeschossige Nauenstrasse 65 weicht dagegen einem Neubau, der den Handelshof erg\u00e4nzt. An dem Konzept wird der sorgf\u00e4ltige Umgang mit der Struktur des Bestandes gelobt. Dessen vertikale Erschliessung werde genutzt, um auch die neuen Etagen in den Geschossen dar\u00fcber zu erreichen. Mit einer Laubengangerschliessung im Bereich des Innenhofes werde die geschossweise Verteilung gew\u00e4hrleistet, heisst es weiter.
