Das bisher gewerblich genutzte Hydrel-Areal n\u00f6rdlich des Stadtzentrums von Romanshorn (TG) steht vor einer Umnutzung. Die gut 11.400 qm grosse Parzelle, die mit Wohngeb\u00e4uden bebaut werden soll, liegt am Bodensee zwischen dem n\u00f6rdlichsten Hafenbecken und dem Seebad.<\/p>\n

Das Richtprojekt der B\u00fcros Max Dudler AG und Vetschpartner Landschaftsarchitekten sieht ein hochwertiges Wohnquartier mit Bezug zum angrenzenden Seepark und zum Seeufer vor. Es umfasst nach Angaben der Stadt Romanshorn mehr als 100 Wohnungen verschiedener Gr\u00f6sse mit einem Investitionsvolumen von 80 bis 90 Mio. CHF. Vorgesehen seien auch ein Quartierkaffee, Co-Working-R\u00e4ume, eine Kindertagesst\u00e4tte und Ateliers. Durch verschiedene H\u00f6henverspr\u00fcnge soll die Bebauung kleinteilig und divers wirken, wie aus dem Planungsbericht hervorgeht. Indem die Bauten auf die alte Ufermauer gesetzt w\u00fcrden, entstehe ein H\u00f6henversatz, der eine Z\u00e4sur zwischen dem \u00f6ffentlich genutzten Seepark und der Wohnnutzung bilde.<\/p>\n
