Juli 2016 in Wallisellen erwerben, da Coop mittelfristig die Produktionsst\u00e4tte von Chocolats Halba nach Pratteln verlegen wird. Dort entstehen neue Anlagen der drei Schweizer Produktionsbetriebe Chocolats Halba, Sunray sowie Cave und ein neues Coop-Qualit\u00e4tslabor. Mit der Alfred M\u00fcller AG wurde f\u00fcr die Nutzfl\u00e4chen in Wallisellen ein R\u00fcckmietvertrag bis am 30. Juni 2018 unterzeichnet, der eine zw\u00f6lfmonatige Verl\u00e4ngerungsoption beinhaltet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abWir werden sicher einen Teil der Immobilien durch Neubauten ersetzen. Das Geb\u00e4ude an der alten Winterthurerstrasse 7 bietet mittelfristig interessante Umnutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, sowohl f\u00fcr eine traditionelle Gewerbe- und B\u00fcronutzung als auch f\u00fcr die Kreativwirtschaft, f\u00fcr Start-ups oder Coworking. Die beiden anderen Geb\u00e4ude werden wir hingegen vermutlich zur\u00fcckbauen\u00bb erkl\u00e4rt Christoph M\u00fcller, VR-Pr\u00e4sident der Alfred M\u00fcller AG.<\/p>\n<p>Das Baarer Familienunternehmen mit Filialen in Marin (NE) und Camorino (TI) entwickelt, realisiert, vermarktet und bewirtschaftet Immobilien seit \u00fcber 50 Jahren. Es erzielt aktuell mit 190 Mitarbeitenden einen Jahresumsatz von rund 450 Millionen CHF und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Immobilienportfolio im Wert von circa 1,3 Milliarden CHF.
