Die annualisierten Soll-Mietzinseinnahmen ohne Projekte erh\u00f6hten sich um 13% auf 18,4 Mio. CHF. Im 1. Halbjahr stiegen die Mietzinseinnahmenum 45% auf 8,3 Mio. CHF, die Mietausfallrate ohne Projekte ging um 2 Prozentpunkte auf 4,62% zur\u00fcck. Der Nettoertrag verbesserte sich dagegen um 38% auf 5,3 Mio. CHF. Durch Neubewertung entstand ein nichtrealisierter Gewinn von 4,4 Mio. CHF (H1 2021: 3,7 Mio. CHF), was mehrheitlich auf Einwertungsgewinne bei erworbenen Liegenschaften, eine erneute leichte Senkung der Diskontierungss\u00e4tze sowie Investitionen in die laufenden Projekte zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Der Gesamterfolg des Fonds erh\u00f6hte sich gegen\u00fcber der Vorjahresperiode von 6,5 Mio. auf 7,3 Mio. CHF. Die Anlagerendite ging hingegen annualisiert von 4,1% auf 3,6% zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<h3>Zuk\u00e4ufe in Basel f\u00fcr 20 Mio. CHF<\/h3>\n<p>Der Fondsmanager Nova Property gibt ausserdem bekannt, dass nach Bilanzierungsstichtag zwei Wohnliegenschaften und eine gemischt genutzte Liegenschaft in Basel mit einem Wert von insgesamt rund 20 Mio. CHF erworben wurden.
