Laut dem Index, der von der SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Immobilien-Beratungsunternehmen IAZI erhoben wird, haben sich die Preiserwartungen auf Anbieterseite trotz der Leitzinserh\u00f6hung der SNB nicht reduziert. F\u00fcr Einfamilienh\u00e4user wurden 0,2% mehr verlangt als im Vormonat. Eigentumswohnungen wurden sogar zu 0,7% h\u00f6heren Preisen inseriert. Die Autoren des Index sehen aufgrund der positiven Nettozuwanderung eine stabile Nachfrage nach Wohnungen. Eine Verlangsamung der Preisentwicklung sei dennoch wahrscheinlich.<\/p>\n<h3>Auch Mieten weiterhin stabil<\/h3>\n<p>Die inserierten Mietpreise sind im Juli mit 0,3% ebenfalls leicht gestiegen. Bald k\u00f6nnten deutlich h\u00f6here Mietkosten durchschlagen, was an den steigenden Energiepreisen liegt.
