Damit der Bewilligungsprozess \u00fcber die Plattform \u201eeBaugesucheZH\u201c in Zukunft ganz ohne Papier und Medienbr\u00fcche geschehen kann, beantragt der Regierungsrat dem Kantonsrat nun eine Anpassung des Planungs- und Baugesetzes.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher m\u00fcssen laut geltendem Recht noch zwei Papierexemplare des Baudossiers und die von Hand unterschriebene Eingabequittung eingereicht werden. Auch einzelne Arbeitsschritte im Bewilligungsprozess, z.B. die \u00f6ffentliche Auflage, erfolgen nicht \u00fcber die Plattform. Das soll nun also anders werden. Geplant ist auch eine technische Weiterentwicklung von \u201eeBaugesucheZH\u201c bis Anfang 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die Gesetzes\u00e4nderung in Kraft getreten sein wird, haben die Gemeinden w\u00e4hrend einer \u00dcbergangsfrist von drei Jahren Zeit, den elektronischen Baubewilligungsprozess einzuf\u00fchren. <em>(aw)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Damit
