Die Renditen der bevorzugtesten Liegenschaften verharrten auf den langj\u00e4hrigen Tiefst\u00e4nden von 3,7 Prozent f\u00fcr Z\u00fcrich, 4,0 Prozent f\u00fcr Genf und 4,4 Prozent in Basel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retailmarkt leidet unter Einkaufstourismus und Online-Handel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Markt f\u00fcr Retailfl\u00e4chen stehen die Mieten in Shopping Center, an Standorten ausserhalb der wichtigsten Zentren und besonders im Raum Basel sowie in anderen grenznahen St\u00e4dten unter erh\u00f6hter Belastung. Das Online-Business gewinne weiterhin an Wichtigkeit und dr\u00fccke auf die Ums\u00e4tze des station\u00e4ren Handels, heisst es in dem Bericht. Viele Retailer h\u00e4tten die Verkaufspreise bereits gesenkt, was die Marge zus\u00e4tzlich schm\u00e4lere.<\/p>\n<p>In Basel macht sich der W\u00e4hrungsvorteil im nahen Ausland verst\u00e4rkt bemerkbar. Die Mieten gingen in den bevorzugtesten Lagen bei steigenden allgemeinen Leerst\u00e4nden innerhalb eines Jahres um elf Prozent auf 2400 CHF\/qm\/Jahr zur\u00fcck, mit weiter r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufiger Tendenz.
