Mit der prim\u00e4ren Komponente strebt die Gruppe einen Bruttoerl\u00f6s in der Gr\u00f6ssenordnung von 150 Millionen CHF an. Mit den zus\u00e4tzlichen Mitteln will Investis das Wachstum beschleunigen, etwa indem Investitionen im Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich Properties sowie ausgew\u00e4hlte Add-on-Akquisitionen im Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich Real Estate Services get\u00e4tigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Investis wurde im Jahr 1994 durch den gegenw\u00e4rtigen CEO und Alleinaktion\u00e4r St\u00e9phane Bonvin gegr\u00fcndet. Er sagt zu dem geplanten B\u00f6rsengang: \u00abWir freuen uns \u00fcber die Perspektiven, die mit dem B\u00f6rsengang an der SIX Swiss Exchange verbunden sind. Dank des h\u00f6heren Bekanntheitsgrades und der gr\u00f6sseren finanziellen Flexibilit\u00e4t werden wir in der Lage sein, unsere St\u00e4rken und unsere f\u00fchrende Position sowohl bei den Wohnliegenschaften rund um den Genfersee als auch im Schweizer Markt der Immobiliendienstleistungen noch weiter auszubauen.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Der B\u00f6rsengang gebe Investis die M\u00f6glichkeit, die sich aus der Konsolidierung und Digitalisierung ergebenden Marktchancen noch besser zu nutzen. Bonvin sagt, er werde weiterhin eine \u00absolide Mehrheitsbeteiligung an Investis halten\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Investis geht davon aus, dass, abh\u00e4ngig von den Marktbedingungen, der B\u00f6rsengang in den n\u00e4chsten Monaten erfolgen wird. Credit Suisse wurde als Sole Bookrunner mit der Durchf\u00fchrung des B\u00f6rsengangs beauftragt. Bank am Bellevue AG, Bank Vontobel AG und die Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank werden als Co-Lead Managers fungieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Investis Holding verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Portfolio, welches \u00fcberwiegend aus Wohnliegenschaften mit Fokus in der Genferseeregion besteht und per 31. Dezember 2015 mit 857 Millionen CHF bewertet wurde. Ausserdem ist die Gesellschaft im Bereich Immobiliendienstleistungen mit zw\u00f6lf Standorten schweizweit t\u00e4tig und hat insgesamt rund 1.100 Mitarbeitende. 2015 erzielte die Gruppe einen Gesamtumsatz von 157 Millionen CHF, einen EBIT von 60 Millionen und einen Reingewinn von 45 Millionen.
