Dies sei \u00abein weiterer, wichtiger Schritt in Richtung B\u00f6rsenkotierung\u00bb des Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund. Ab dem 13. Dezember 2021 sollen die Anteile des Fonds an der B\u00f6rse gehandelt werden. Mit der Kotierung wird der Fonds voraussichtlich auch in die Indices SXI Real Estate Broad und SXI Real Estate Funds Broad aufgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Man wolle das Immobilienportfolio, das derzeit einen Marktwert von gut 400 Mio. CHF hat, weiterhin gezielt und umsichtig ausbauen, so die Fondsleitung. F\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2021 wird eine Aussch\u00fcttung von 2,50 CHF pro Fondsanteil in Aussicht gestellt. Mit dem kontinuierlichen Portfolio-Ausbau und dem Abschluss neuer Projekte soll die Aussch\u00fcttung in den kommenden Jahren steigen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund investiert schweizweit in Immobilienwerte in Zentrumslagen der ganzen Schweiz. Derzeit wird der Fonds ausserb\u00f6rslich durch die Bank J.
