Fortimo will im kommenden Jahr mit der Realisierung der ersten, bereits baubewilligten Etappe beginnen. Diese umfasst 16 Reiheneinfamilienh\u00e4user sowie 42 Wohnungen im Minergie-Standard. Die Wohnungen verteilen sich auf drei Mehrfamilienh\u00e4user, die neu erstellt werden, und zwei denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Geb\u00e4ude.<\/p>\n

Grund f\u00fcr den Verkauf sei eine Portfolioanpassung, teilt die Steiner AG mit. Daher habe man sich dazu entschieden, die teilweise baubewilligte Arealentwicklung noch vor der Phase der Ausf\u00fchrung zu ver\u00e4ussern.<\/p>\n

Die \u00dcberbauung Widacher entsteht auf einem ehemaligen Industrieareal in der aargauischen Gemeinde Fischbach-G\u00f6slikon nahe Z\u00fcrich. Bestehende denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Geb\u00e4ude wie die Scheune und die Alte Post wurden in das Projekt integriert und sollen nun f\u00fcr Wohn- und Gemeinschaftszwecke wiederbelebt werden. Das Gesamtprojekt besteht aus drei Etappen und wird im Endausbau 165 Wohneinheiten in zehn Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern und 46 Reiheneinfamilienh\u00e4usern umfassen.
