Die Verkaufserfolge beim Projekt \u00abParco d&#8217;Oro\u00bb h\u00e4tten zu diesem \u00absehr erfreulichen Ergebnis\u00bb beigetragen, teilt die Immobiliengesellschaft mit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Liegenschaftsertrag stieg von neun Millionen CHF im ersten Halbjahr 2015 auf nun 9,5 Millionen. Der Wert des Immobilienportfolios erh\u00f6hte sich um rund f\u00fcnf Prozent auf 470,3 Millionen CHF. Die Leerstandquote sank per 30. Juni deutlich von 7,3 auf 2,9 Prozent. Die Eigenkapitalquote der Gesellschaft liegt bei 42 Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die zweite Jahresh\u00e4lfte gibt sich SFPI zuversichtlich. Der Fokus liege auf der Vermietung der verbleibenden B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen an der Witikonerstrasse in Z\u00fcrich und einzelner Gewerbefl\u00e4chen in der Stadt Basel, teilt SFPI mit. Die Gesellschaft geht ausserdem davon aus, dass sich die tiefe Leerstandquote auf diesem Niveau stabilisiere. Entsprechend sei mit weiter steigendem Ertrag aus Vermietung bei hoher Kostensensibilit\u00e4t zu rechnen.
