Juni) von 1,13 auf 1,23 Mrd. CHF, ein Plus von 8,55%. Das Fondsverm\u00f6gen wuchs um 8,45% auf 1,23 Mrd. Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr diese Zunahme seien haupts\u00e4chlich Investitionen in Entwicklungsprojekte sowie in die im Berichtsjahr fertiggestellten Objekte sowie die Wertsteigerung der Liegenschaften des Immobilienbestands, teilt Realstone mit.<\/p>\n<p>Das Nettofondsverm\u00f6gen erh\u00f6hte sich im Berichtsjahr um 15,07% auf 1,05 Mrd., und der Nettoinventarwert (NAV) pro Anteil kletterte von 203,34 CHF im Vorjahr auf 208,00 CHF, woraus sich eine Anlagerendite von 5,03% ergibt (Vj.: 5,4%).<\/p>\n<p>Der Ertrag des Solvalor 61 legte den Angaben zufolge im Berichtsjahr um 8,74% bzw. 4,77 Mio. auf insgesamt 59,36 Mio. zu. Das Plus resultiere gr\u00f6sstenteils aus den h\u00f6heren Mietzinseinnahmen infolge der Lieferung von Neubauten in Nyon sowie aus dem Erl\u00f6s der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung vom Mai, so Realstone. Die Mietausfallrate indes erh\u00f6hte sich von 1,62% auf 3,19%, was nach Angaben der Fondsleitung auf die Lieferung und beginnende Vermietung der 127 Wohnungen in Nyon sowie der zehn Wohnungen, die durch Aufstockung der Geb\u00e4ude an der Rue Guye 1-7 in Genf entstanden sind, zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Sobald die Liegenschaften in Nyon vollst\u00e4ndig vermietet seien, d\u00fcrfte sich die Mietausfallrate wieder verringern, schreibt Realstone.<\/p>\n<p>Das Nettoergebnis des Solvalor 61 erh\u00f6hte sich im Berichtsjahr um 11,18% auf 27,92 Mio., und wie Realstone mitteilt, soll eine gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr unver\u00e4nderte Dividende von 5,30 CHF pro Anteil ausgesch\u00fcttet werden. Gest\u00fctzt auf den B\u00f6rsenkurs vom 30.
