CHF auf 19,5 Mio. CHF gesteigert. Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr das Wachstum seien zum einem eine weitere Reduktion der Mietzinsausfallrate von 3,7% im Jahr 2020 auf nun 3,4%. Zum anderen habe der Fonds einen Mehrertrag aus Sanierungsprojekten sowie aus dem Zukauf einer Liegenschaft in St. Gallen realisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible IFCA investiert schweizweit vorwiegend in Wohnliegenschaften; das Portfolio setzt sich vor allem aus Objekten im mittleren Mietpreissegment zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial weist ein solides Halbjahresergebnis aus: Der Nettoertrag des Fonds stieg von 8,2 Mio. CHF in der Vorjahresperiode auf 9,5 Mio. CHF. Der Portfoliowert habe sich seit Jahresbeginn mit einer Nettoaufwertung von 0,7% positiv entwickelt, so Swisscanto.<\/p>\n<p>Das Plus beim Nettoertrag sei auf das qualitativ gewachsene Portfolio zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, zudem habe man diverse Fortschritte auf Liegenschaftsebene erzielt. Die Mietausfallrate im Bestandsportfolio des Fonds sei von 9,26% im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 auf 7,97% im ersten Halbjahr 2021 gesunken, teilt Swisscanto weiter mit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial investiert in kommerzielle und gemischt genutzte Liegenschaften.
