Dieser habe sich aus dem Asset-Management der Peach Property Group in den vergangenen Jahren ergeben \u2013 insbesondere aus dem Verkauf des Gretag-Areals in Regensdorf bei Z\u00fcrich und einer Gewerbeimmobilie bei D\u00fcsseldorf, teilt Peach Property mit.<\/p>\n<p>Die R\u00fcckzahlung der Anleihe konnte somit ohne die Aufnahme neuer Fremdmittel erfolgen. Entsprechend verbessern sich die Bilanzrelationen, da sich die Verbindlichkeiten der Gruppe bei gleichzeitiger Verk\u00fcrzung der Bilanzsumme wesentlich reduzieren. Zudem verringern sich die Finanzierungskosten deutlich, schreibt Peach Property in einer Medienmitteilung.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Marcel Kucher, Chief Financial Officer der Peach Property Group, sagt: \u00abDie R\u00fcckzahlung unserer EUR-Anleihe aus operativ erwirtschafteten Mitteln stellt einen Meilenstein bei der Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft dar. Die Eigenkapitalquote steigt dadurch nochmals betr\u00e4chtlich.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Die 6,6%-Anleihe wurde im Juli 2011 begeben und war im Entry Standard der Frankfurter Wertpapierb\u00f6rse gelistet.
