Auf den beiden Parzellen soll ein f\u00fcnf Stockwerke umfassender Komplex mit 8.800 qm Nutzfl\u00e4che entstehen. Es sollen 136 Zimmer in einem Drei-Sterne-Bereich und weitere 140 Zimmer in einem Zwei-Sterne-Bereich eingerichtet werden. Geplant ist zudem ein Seminarraum mit Platz f\u00fcr bis zu 230 Personen. Im Untergeschoss und Erdgeschoss entstehen insgesamt rund 170 Parkpl\u00e4tze. Der Betreiber des Hotels ist noch nicht bekannt.<\/p>\n<p>Das zweite Hotelprojekt in R\u00fcmlang soll an der Hofwiesenstrasse 4 gebaut werden. Geplant ist ein f\u00fcnfgeschossiger Bau mit 85 Zimmern. Investor ist nach den Informationen der Zeitung die Jet Schweiz IT AG. Das Unternehmen habe bereits in Sursee (LU) und Duggingen\/Aesch (BL) zwei bestehende Hotelbetriebe \u00fcbernommen. Das Baugesuch sei schon bewilligt, ein \u00c4nderungsgesuch werde wohl demn\u00e4chst abgesegnet, schreibt die Zeitung. Damit k\u00f6nne noch in diesem Jahr mit dem Bau begonnen werden.<\/p>\n<p>In R\u00fcmlang gibt es bislang das Holiday Inn Express mit 163 Zimmern und das Park Inn (fr\u00fcher Golden Arch) mit 210 Zimmern.
