Im Ergebnis enthalten sind auch negative Wechselkurseffekte im Umfang von rund 2,4 Millionen CHF, nachdem die SNB im Januar 2015 die Wechselkursuntergrenze zum Euro aufgegeben hat und der Euro in der Folge stark abgewertet wurde. Der Gewinn nach Steuern verbesserte sich auf 1,2 Millionen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den weiteren Ausbau des Bestandsportfolios, unter anderem durch den Ankauf von 636 Wohnungen in Nordrhein-Westfalen, konnte der Marktwert der Best\u00e4nde um rund 20 Prozent auf 218,7 Millionen CHF erh\u00f6ht werden. Die Mieteinnahmen sind im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um zw\u00f6lf Prozent auf 8,6 Millionen gestiegen (in Lokalw\u00e4hrung um 20%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entwicklungsgesch\u00e4ft weiter reduziert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Abschluss des Projektes \u201eLiving 108\u201c und Wohnungs\u00fcbergaben bei weiteren Projekten hat Peach Property den Anteil des Entwicklungsgesch\u00e4fts deutlich verringert. Entwicklungsprojekte machen inzwischen noch rund 30 Prozent am gesamten Portfolio aus. Aus den \u00dcbergaben wurde in 2015 ein Ertrag aus Entwicklungsliegenschaften in H\u00f6he von 75,5 Millionen CHF erzielt (Vorjahr: 126,7 Mio.). Der betriebliche Ertrag ging von 194,6 Millionen im Vorjahr auf 112,6 Millionen zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Peach Property hat dank der Ergebnissteigerung und der Platzierung einer Hybridanleihe \u00fcber 25 Millionen CHF ihr Eigenkapital zum Jahresende 2015 signifikant gesteigert. Es \u00fcberstieg mit 114 Millionen CHF den Vorjahreswert um gut 29 Millionen. Die Eigenkapitalquote nach IFRS liegt bei 31,3 Prozent (Vorjahr: 19,8%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bernd Hasse verl\u00e4sst Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung wird Bernd Hasse sein Amt als Vorstand der Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG und Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Peach Property Group zum Ende April 2016 niederlegen und das Unternehmen verlassen.<\/p>\n<p>Seine Aufgaben werden von einem neu aufgebauten Management Team in K\u00f6ln wahrgenommen, das direkt an die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung rapportieren wird. Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung wird k\u00fcnftig somit aus drei Personen bestehen, dem CEO Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger, dem CFO Dr. Marcel Kucher und dem Head of Sales and Marketing Dr. Andreas Steinbauer.
