Das insgesamt 20 Hektaren grosse Gebiet Bahnhof Nord in Regensdorf soll vom heutigen Industrie- und Gewerbegebiet bis 2040 schrittweise ein attraktives, urbanes Quartier mit Wohnen und Gewerbe entwickelt werden. Plazza verf\u00fcgt als eine der diversen beteiligten Grundeigent\u00fcmer an der Althardstrasse 5 + 9 \u00fcber ein Grundst\u00fcck mit 17.518 qm Fl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr das Areal wurde ein Studienauftrag mit f\u00fcnf Planerteams durchgef\u00fchrt, und die Jury hat sich einstimmig f\u00fcr das Projekt von Michael Meier Marius Hug Architekten entschieden und zur Weiterbearbeitung empfohlen. Das Projekt soll nun optimiert werden und danach die Grundlage f\u00fcr den Gestaltungsplan bilden. Mit einem Baubeginn ist laut Plazza nicht vor 2024 zu rechnen.
