Der Zins werde mittels eines Bookbuilding Verfahrens festgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Die zus\u00e4tzlichen Mittel, die durch die Platzierung der Anleihe generiert werden sollen, seien Teil der Finanzierungsstruktur f\u00fcr die neu erworbenen Immobilienportfolios von insgesamt 10.290 Wohnungen in Deutschland, so Peach Property weiter. Weitere Teile finanziere man durch die Aufnahme von Hypotheken und eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung \u00fcber 200 Millionen CHF. Die Kapitalerh\u00f6hung wird durch die Begebung einer Pflichtwandelanleihe umgesetzt, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/peach-property-ares-fonds-wird-neuer-ankeraktionaer\/\">daran hat sich Ares Management mit 150 Millionen beteiligt.<\/a> Weitere 50 Millionen werden Unternehmensangaben zufolge bei institutionellen und privaten Investoren platziert.
