Unternehmen, die w\u00e4hrend des Lockdowns auf beh\u00f6rdliche Anweisung schliessen mussten, m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr diese Zeit gar keine Miete zahlen. In erster Linie handele es sich dabei um Laden- und Gastrobetriebe in den Bahnh\u00f6fen, und je nach Nutzung dauert diese Phase vom 17. M\u00e4rz bis 26. April, 10. Mai oder voraussichtlich 8. Juni 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Betriebe, die nicht schliessen mussten, sollen w\u00e4hrend des Lockdowns weniger Miete zahlen, so die SBB weiter. Die H\u00f6he der Reduktionen h\u00e4nge von den Umsatzr\u00fcckg\u00e4ngen ab. Mieter von B\u00fcro- und Wohnfl\u00e4chen erhalten keine Mietzinsreduktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dieser Regelung wolle man die Gesch\u00e4ftsmieter unterst\u00fctzen, zu deren Planungssicherheit und Liquidit\u00e4t beitragen und die teils langj\u00e4hrigen Gesch\u00e4ftsbeziehungen w\u00fcrdigen, so die SBB weiter. Beantragen m\u00fcssen die Unternehmen die Mietzinsreduktionen nicht, die SBB will auf sie zukommen. Die SBB hat ausserdem die Zahlungsfrist f\u00fcr Mietzinse ab dem M\u00e4rz um 60 Tage verl\u00e4ngert und die Mindest\u00f6ffnungszeiten f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Gesch\u00e4fte aufgehoben. <em>(ah)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die SBB erl\u00e4sst und reduziert die Gesch\u00e4ftsmieten in ihren Liegenschaften w\u00e4hrend des Lockdown.
