Neue Nutzung f\u00fcr die ehemalige Papierfabrik in Utzenstorf (Bild: Migros Aare)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Die Migros Aare will Anfang Februar ein Baugesuch f\u00fcr das erste der insgesamt vier Baufelder auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Papierfabrik Utzenstorf einreichen. Wie der Detailh\u00e4ndler mitteilte, sind ein Operations Center f\u00fcr den zur Migros z\u00e4hlenden Onlineh\u00e4ndler Digitec Galaxus sowie ein Paket-Sortierzentrum f\u00fcr Grosskunden geplant.<\/p>\n

Die Post w\u00fcrde im Falle einer Umsetzung einen Teil des Grundst\u00fccks im Baurecht \u00fcbernehmen, so die Migros Aare. Sollte alles nach Plan verlaufen, k\u00f6nnte das Operations Center 2024 den Betrieb aufnehmen.<\/p>\n

Die k\u00fcnfige Nutzung der drei verbleibenden Baufelder sei noch offen. Es h\u00e4nge davon ab, ob das Operations Center realisiert und ob eine direkte Zufahrt gebaut werden k\u00f6nne, so die Migros Aare. Die Erschliessungsstrasse soll von den betroffenen Gemeinden, der Region und dem Kanton getragen werden.<\/p>\n
