Dezember 2019 eine Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftsliegenschaft an der Multergasse in der Altstadt von St. Gallen erworben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Liegenschaft sei 1997 gesamtsaniert und hofseitig um einen Anbau erweitert worden, heisst es weiter. Im Unter- und Erdgeschoss befinden sich der Mitteilung zufolge rund 500 qm kommerzielle Fl\u00e4chen, die langfristig an ein d\u00e4nisches Einrichtungslabel vermietet sind. Das Unternehmen hat die Verkaufsfl\u00e4che bei Bezug komplett renoviert. In den dar\u00fcber liegenden Geschossen befinden sich insgesamt zehn Wohnungen mit 2,5, 3 und 3,5 Zimmern.<\/p>\n<p>Das Investitionsvolumen liegt nach Angaben der UBS bei rund 12 Millionen CHF.
